1. Monitor: the parameters of dynamic flow rate can be inspected and monitored on-line, and daily total, monthly total and yearly total can be calculated automatically.
2. Display: control parameters, the instant feeding curve and chart can be displayed on the computer screen during the feeding and dosing process.
3. Print: feeding reports can be printed, saved and searched at any time
4. Communicate: IPC can exchange information and data with PLC and instruments in dual directions.
5. Data Process: received data can be automatically calculated and processed, and outputted to corresponding control point.
6. Control: normal operation ( including PID adjustment) can be automatically controlled based on preset values
7. Alarm: warning on over-limited parameters or abnormal conditions will be sent to the upper machine by showing video and/ or sound-light signals.
